learning more about CLA. The only problem is the abstract was published in 2000, so it does not have the most
current literature.

The above link is really the end-all, be-all in CLA research. This is the page maintained by Dr. Pariza, the man
who basically discovered the benefits of CLA. The site has every study done on CLA, and it is updated almost
daily. If you want to find a study on CLA - this is the place.
